Thanks! Sails doesn’t do any marketing and is completely community-driven. I lose money on it and invest time into it every year and have no idea who created this Wikipedia page.
For anyone who wants more info, Kelvin Omereshone in Abuja is lead maintainer. Sailsconf (community conference) is in its 4th year (2020-2024) and has various different talks about Sails’ history (all of that is on YouTube via Sailsconf.com)
