A really compelling photo. I think it's powerful and well done, but actually I'm sure you'll all find some way to criticize it :) . • Oppose. Its a useful illustration for Rassemblement Démocratique pour le Rwanda and First Congo War. But the image quality is fairly low and I would have thought there were more dramatic images of larger refugee camps (I can't tell whether that is a town in the distance, or a continuation of the camp).
