The result was to delete the image.

The uploader, User:Jack1956 posted on the image page at 09:06, 26 September 2007 (UTC) "I have searched for a free use image but have not found one. Image used is important as it shows Prof Tov at an important time in his career, as Editor-in-Chief of the Dead Sea Scrolls Publication team". However, that is not a sufficient reason for using a non-free image of a living person. See WP:NFCC and Foundation:Resolution:Licensing policy. ElinorD (talk) 23:40, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
