Violates Non-Free Use Criteria?
This image does not violate the first criterion of Wikipedia's non-free use policy, in that there is no license-free image that can be reasonably found. No such free Jeff Cannata publicity photo seems to be in circulation. Should one arise from Revision3 or Team Awesome LLC, then the image should be replaced. Krenz (talk) 01:48, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
Jeff Cannata says:

- The subject of this image still exists and could be photographed, and that photograph could be freely licensed. Therefore this image is "replaceable", and fails the first test of our non-free content policy. -- Rettetast (talk) 22:33, 26 March 2008 (UTC)
