Replacability

The statement "This image is preferably non-replaceable. Any replacement or improvement must bear the exact image as shown." is a misunderstanding. The image is replacable since a free licensed photo can be taken of the same building. There is nothign unique about that particular photo that is of any importance to the article it just shows what the bilding looks like and a free licensed photo can do that just as well. --Sherool (talk) 10:51, 8 June 2007 (UTC)

This can only be replaced with my permission. I am the only one who can replace this. <coolwhiz>. Thanks. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Coolwhiz (talkcontribs) 14:02, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
Could you elaborate a bit on that, why would anyone need your permission to take a photo of this building? --Sherool (talk) 12:22, 10 June 2007 (UTC)

The subject of this image still exists and could be photographed, and that photograph could be freely licensed. Therefore this image is "replaceable", and fails the first test of our non-free content policy. -- Quadell
