Wikipedia claims that since this picture is a picture of an existing building, that it does not have valid fair use. However, there is no other way to get a replacement of the picture as it is a main picture of the school and the only way to replace it would be to take another picture, which would still fall under the category of invalid fair use. In addition, this image is not copyrighted in any way by the school, the NYC Department of Education, the government (city, state, or federal), or any individual. In fact, the image was on www.facebook.com, which requires that users who upload pictures upload non-copyrighted pictures and when they upload it they surrender all rights of ownership to the picture, making this picture fair use and possibly public domain. The result was to delete the image.
This is an image of Staten Island Technical High School which was taken by an alumni of the school and uploaded to www.facebook.com to be used as the main photo for the "Once a Techie, Always a Techie" group.

Source provided is not the copyright holder. (Facebook is filled with clearly (c) images). As initial source is unknown, it is impossible to ascertain the actual (c) holder.
