Mauritia adalah sebuah benua mikro Prakambrium yang terpecah saat India dan Madagaskar terpecah sekitar 60 juta tahun lampau. Jarak 1.500 kilometer (930 mi) dari Seychelles sampai Mauritius sebanding dengan ukuran pematang tengah samudera Samudra Hindia.
